Current Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Consumer Health & Biotech on behalf of one of our client in Basel.

Description de la mission

Lead and scale operations across product development, supply chain, and commercialization

Drive product development from concept to market (consumer health, nutraceuticals, probiotics, enzyme supplements)

Own and coordinate regulatory strategy (EFSA, FDA, Novel Food, GRAS, NDIN)

Support and execute business development initiatives and strategic partnerships

Contribute to fundraising activities and investor communication

Manage cross-functional projects and external partners

Establish scalable processes while maintaining a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset

Profil attendu pour l'emploi

Background in consumer healthcare, nutraceuticals, or non-prescription health products

Proven experience in business development and product development

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (EFSA / FDA, Novel Food, GRAS, NDIN)

Experience in biotech or ingredient-based companies, ideally in scaling phases

Entrepreneurial, independent, execution-driven personality

Strong communication skills across scientific, commercial, and investor audiences
