For our client F. Hoffmann - La Roche in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m/f/d)

Global CMO Clinical Packaging Site Manager 100%

• Manage global Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) for clinical drug labeling, packaging, and device assembly outsourced by Roche
• Oversee onboarding, communication, timelines, and delivery performance to ensure supply, cost, and quality targets are met
• Collaborate with Procurement and stakeholders on RFPs, SOWs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
• Support strategy development for non-standard supply chains and define outsourced supply models
• Own CMO variable cost budgeting and submission processes
• Define roles and responsibilities across cross-functional and upstream teams; ensure service provision to other Roche CMO teams
• Track and report KPIs, contribute to supply chain planning (CD&OP), and lead Supplier Relationship Management
• Ensure CMO readiness and capacity to meet delivery timelines
• Manage purchase orders and invoice approvals in ERP and purchasing systems
• Coordinate pre-/post-production order management and collaborate with internal teams to align expectations
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across internal and external partners
• Act as SME and key contact for major initiatives and cross-functional projects

• 8+ years in the pharma industry, supply chain management or in manufacturing 
• Experience with clinical drug manufacturing or clinical supply chain or contract manufacturing management strongly preferred 
• Proficient knowledge and experience of SAP or ERP system
• BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technical, business or supply chain field. Masters Degree a plus 
• APICS and/or SCOR certification, or equivalent relevant experience 
• Trained in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence
• Strong knowledge of pharma, supply chain, and contract/clinical manufacturing
• Proven expertise in project/resource management and cross-functional leadership
• Culturally aware; skilled in global collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy
• Independent, reliable decision-maker with high integrity and accountability
• Clear and professional communicator (fluent in English; basic German beneficial)
• Flexibility to start work as early at 7am (SSF employees), finish work as late as 6pm (Switzerland employees) and to work from 10am-Noon (Mississauga employees), as needed to meet needs of global
