Born and raised in Basel, she started her career in work integration, where she supported people in their professional integration. Later, she switched to recruitment and took on management positions in areas such as commercial professions, IT and Life Sciences. When she started at Flexsis, she initially had a small share of blue-collar profiles in the life sciences sector and built this and her white-collar share while running a \u201cone-woman-show\u201d. Thanks to her commitment, she was able to build a highly qualified team and at the same time achieve a sustainable positioning in a highly regulated market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
