Profiles are forwarded to companies only when the overall impression is positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even after a successful placement, the contact does not end.<br>\u201cWhen someone is hired, it\u2019s important for us to congratulate them and visit them at their new workplace\u201d, says Schwab. \u201cWe bring a small gift, ask about first impressions and get feedback \u2013 from the client as well as from the candidate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These gestures are not an extra, but an expression of genuine appreciation. After all, every successful placement is the result of dialogue, patience and mutual respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Honesty as daily practice<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Transparency is part of the DNA of the Bern agency. Working conditions, expectations, team structures \u2013 everything is addressed openly before a candidate even gets to the interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are honest. We say when a job does not fit or an expectation is unrealistic. This saves time and prevents disappointment on both sides\u201d, explains Schwab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Physical requirements or workload limits are also clearly communicated.
