Established in 2024, Flexsis Schaffhausen is a young office, but it has quickly made a name for itself. Flexsis Schaffhausen is more than just a placement agency. Our focus is on solutions that offer people fresh prospects while helping companies meet their everyday needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A new office with a strong foundation<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Since opening in 2024, the Schaffhausen office has been serving clients in the industrial, technology, logistics and commercial sectors. The focus is firmly on temporary employment, supplemented by try-and-hire models and permanent positions. \u201cWe\u2019re strong, fast, and efficient,\u201d says Philipp Crisafulli, Senior Recruiting Consultant. \u201cWhenever someone needs staff, whether it\u2019s today, tomorrow, or for a longer period of time, we\u2019re ready.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This speed is no coincidence. The team has built a dense regional network and works closely with the RAV (Regional Employment Centre) and other local partner companies. That give-and-take works extremely smoothly, which makes all the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHere in Schaffhausen, the people know us and we know them,\u201d says Branch Manager Dario Russo. \u201cThe trust is there, on both sides.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A market under pressure<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>As in many regions of Switzerland, the talent shortage has an impact on everyday life in Schaffhausen as well. Finding qualified employees is challenging, yet Flexsis consistently manages to deliver the perfect solution quickly. \u201cOur network is our greatest strength,\u201d says recruiter Viktoria Stiene. \u201cWe have a pool of candidates that we already know. This allows us to provide solutions even at short notice.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a request comes in, the team first checks the existing candidate pool. Only if no suitable profile is available will the job be advertised \u2013 on all relevant platforms. Then candidates are personally invited and interviewed, and the dossier is prepared together with them. Employees are regularly contacted, visited and supported during their temporary assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HR administrator Selentina Qorri: \u201cWe stop by with pastries, we listen, we take the time. It may seem simple, but it means a lot to the employees. They know that we\u2019re there for them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This commitment creates loyalty and long-term relationships. Many employees maintain links with the branch office for years. Some switch from one assignment to the next, while others make the leap to a permanent position through Flexsis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsive, well-coordinated, focused on solutions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The strength of the team is particularly evident when time is tight. When a client urgently needed twenty employees for a one-month production assignment, the entire team set aside their work to help out. For three hours, everyone was making calls, coordinating and organising \u2013 until all the positions were filled. The project was completed within a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThat was a moment when we all felt what team spirit means,\u201d recalls Qorri. \u201cEveryone knew what to do, and everyone pitched in.\u201d There have been many such cases. Many clients turn to Flexsis when they need reinforcements at short notice, and they appreciate our reliability and quickness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We work hard to maintain relationships with companies. Every two weeks, the team calls their clients, asks how they\u2019re doing, listens and looks for ways to optimise things. \u201cThe success of our clients is also our success,\u201d says Stiene. \u201cWhen they grow, we grow along with them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This continuity leads to genuine partnerships. The team listens, recognises their potential and helps to create opportunities. With temp training and targeted further training, such as for forklift courses or other professional certificates, the branch promotes long-term development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In many cases, this support leads directly to a permanent job. \u201cSometimes a client calls and asks if we can help a candidate obtain a forklift licence before they take them on. We do it right away,\u201d Crisafulli says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many success stories begin with people who are without work coming to Flexsis. A few months later, they are back in the office \u2013 this time with a smile and a thank you. \u201cThat\u2019s why we do what we do,\u201d says Stiene. \u201cWhen someone comes to us and says, \u2018I couldn\u2019t have done it without you,\u2019 then you know that every hour of effort was worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A team that gets the job done<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The rapid growth of the Schaffhausen branch is also due in part to its origins: it was opened by Stefan Blaser, a prominent figure in HR consulting in German-speaking Switzerland. Today he is the Regional Director and still closely connected to Schaffhausen. The on-site management has been taken over by the man who has been building up the branch since day one: Dario Russo, Branch Manager. With his years of experience with HR consulting in Schaffhausen, his network and his keen sense for people, he leads the branch today with exceptional commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Behind him stands a team of people who complement each other perfectly: Philipp Crisafulli, Senior Recruiting Consultant, brings experience and industry knowledge from the industrial and tech sectors. Recruiter Viktoria Stiene impresses with her energy, perseverance and passion for recruitment. And HR administrator Selentina Qorri is the friendly face at reception, setting the tone with efficiency and warmth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together they form a well-oiled team that knows you only succeed when everyone is pulling in the same direction.
