For our client Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m/f/d)

Global Project Manager 80-100%

• Sets up and implements project/program/product structures for development and care activities, including communication, timelines, resources, budget planning, progress and cost control
• Creates and maintains integrated project plans with dependencies, resources and budgets to enable efficient teamwork
• Ensures quality implementation in project risk management, critical path analysis, scenario creation, budget, and robust planning
• Executes project management processes consistently, managing milestone reviews, capacity reviews (cQCR, SCR, fQCR), and leading improvement initiatives. Fosters continuous improvement by sharing best practices
• Selects project methodology and applies agile methods where suitable, coaching teams in hybrid Agile and non-Agile techniques
• Manages meetings and knowledge sharing between teams, building positive team dynamics and enhancing project effectiveness
• Sets, measures, and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Outcome Based Planning (OBPs) to drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
• Acts as a trusted advisor with a 360° view, supporting holistic planning, risk management, scenario creation, and critical path analysis to ensure optimized value delivery. Serves as single point of contact for project/program data
• Identifies project risks, implications for budget, timeline, and scope; highlights gaps, bottlenecks, and proposes solutions while proactively communicating with stakeholders
• Manages project information to support teams, Life Cycle Teams (LCTs), and decision-making bodies
• Provides planning data for scenario analysis and portfolio-level decisions. Acts as Agile Program Manager (SAFe) when applicable
• Collaborates with Sub-Chapter Leads, Network Leads, Functional Partners, Finance, Portfolio Management, Analytics & Insights, and other chapters to optimize project delivery
• Coaches team members, develops skills, and provides feedback
• Identifies and communicates improvement opportunities and solutions within Sub-Chapter or Project Management Chapter

• Bachelor or similar degree/apprenticeship 
• At least 5 years relevant project / program management experience in Diagnostic, MedTech, Pharmaceutical or Food Industry 
• English fluent another language would be a plus
• Google suite, Planisware or other Project Mgt. Planning tools
• Strong communication skills and customer focus 

• PMP/SCRUM/Agile Certificate
• German
• Jira
