Tempro Personal becomes part of Flexsis: 30 years of local strength, now with national reach

Flexsis AG, a company of Interiman Group, is acquiring the Tempro Personal agencies in Steffisburg and Frauenfeld as well as the locations in Solothurn and Lucerne as of 1 June 2026. One of the established regional recruitment agencies in German-speaking Switzerland will thus continue its activities within a strong national network. For clients, candidates and employees, personal support will continue seamlessly, without interruption.

Two successful stories, one shared next step

Tempro Personal and Flexsis have more in common than might appear at first glance. Both companies stand for personal consulting, reliability and deep industry expertise in construction, skilled trades, industry and logistics. Over the decades, both have earned the trust of their clients and candidates.

Tempro Personal was founded in 1995 in Steffisburg near Thun and has grown steadily ever since: Frauenfeld and Solothurn followed in 2005, and Lucerne in 2015. Over 30 years, under the leadership of Peter Schüpbach and Christine Wüthrich, the company has built an excellent reputation among regional SMEs, with a particularly strong presence in construction, skilled trades, industry and logistics.

Flexsis was established in 2024 through the merger of Global Personal Partner AG, Interima SA and ABICI, three pioneers of Swiss recruitment with a combined experience of around 25 years. Today, Flexsis operates 50 agencies across Switzerland, is active in all four language regions and brings extensive experience in key sectors of the Swiss economy.

What unites both companies is a shared understanding: recruitment is built on trust and only works through genuine proximity to people. This continuity of values makes the integration a smooth transition rather than a disruptive change.

A structured succession, a strong future

The acquisition is part of a structured succession plan for Tempro Personal and creates a clear and sustainable long-term perspective for all stakeholders. Peter Schüpbach and Christine Wüthrich will remain with the company and, together with the Flexsis team, ensure that existing client relationships continue seamlessly and on a personal basis.

As of 1 June 2026, the former Tempro branches will be integrated into the Flexsis network as follows:

The addresses of the former Tempro locations remain largely unchanged. For Solothurn and Lucerne, new service addresses will apply.
