Flexsis’ roots in Ticino go back over 25 years. It all began with ABECE Personale, a pioneer in HR consulting with offices in Lugano and Bellinzona. Joining the Interiman Group, Switzerland’s largest HR network, accelerated growth. ABECE became Interima, and later Flexsis.

Today, Flexsis offers specialised staffing solutions in construction, trades, industry, logistics, and watchmaking.
