Flexsis’ roots in Ticino go back over 25 years. It all began with ABICI Personale, a pioneer in HR consulting with offices in Lugano and Bellinzona. Joining the Interiman Group, Switzerland’s largest HR network, ABICI accelerated its growth. It became part of Interima, and later Flexsis.
Today, Flexsis offers specialised staffing solutions in construction, craftsmanship, industry, logistics, and watchmaking. With 49 offices across Switzerland, the name embodies flexibility: not just in language, but in thinking and action. The newest office, in Mendrisio, was established in 2025. What began as a mobile unit became a permanent location. Today, a young, specialized team serves companies and talents in industry, construction, trade, and logistics.
