For our client, a leading audit and consulting firm in Switzerland, located in Zurich we are looking for an individual as
Software System Architect - Tax & Legal (80-100%)
The earliest start date is as soon as possible.
Description of the mission
- Client Service / Support Service: Support Service
- You will be part of the KPMG Digital Business Technology team and responsible from the solution architecture design, implementation and operational qualities for our Tax and Legal technologies, as well as working as a technical subject matter expert, leading our move to cloud.
- Your contribution to KPMG
- Analysis of today's systems/processes of our business and conduct assessments regarding the feasibility of hybrid cloud-centric automation and analytics solutions
- Drive IT and business architecture activities as well as the implementation and delivery of complex business and IT transformation, leveraging best-practice patterns and technology solutions
- Applying best-practice technologies and approaches for both strategic change and backlog implementation work
- Support the continual improvement of technology value streams internally, with the goal of being viewed as partner of choice by our business counterparts
Required profile
- Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or similar
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in IT Architecture leadership roles with strong focus on data, machine learning, integration, business process digitization and operational qualities
- Experience in designing and implementing modern architectures and enterprise integration solutions using domain driven design, APIs, workflows and microservices styles in context of a platform centric ecosystem and SaaS solution
- Experience in Agile, Lean and DevOps based delivery models. Ability to adopt Product oriented mindset in context of regulated enterprise context
- Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Distinct leadership capabilities with analytical and problem-solving competences
- Self-motivating and self-guiding personality
- Experience (and pref. expertise) in cloud technology ecosystem, preferably MS Azure
- Knowledge and experience in Tax and Legal or relevant business domain is considered a plus
- Driven and passionate about delivering business value outcomes
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus
