Description of the mission
- Leading operational readiness during the design and startup of new production lines, focusing on specific areas such as DSP Media buffer preparation and equipment cleaning.
- Participating in Technology Transfer activities for new products.
- Supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
- Executing process validation procedures.
- Managing daily manufacturing activities in areas like USP, DSP, or support roles (media preparation, equipment cleaning).
- Serving as the main point of contact for training and troubleshooting within the manufacturing team.
- Maintaining Work Instructions and SOPs within your area of expertise.
- Initiating Manufacturing Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Contributing to defining process parameters during routine manufacturing.
- Participating in New Product Introduction activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmaceuticals, food science, or chemistry.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations in a GMP-compliant environment.
- Proficiency in English and good German skills.
- Willingness to learn and a hands-on approach.
- Availability for shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- On-call duties as required.
