Project Management Support

The Perfect Candidate has a strong understanding of the Google Workspace tools and some scripting ability within Google G-Sheets. He/She will be able to manage a complex project across many countries and with varied stakeholders. Communication skills are important. English is necessary given the international nature of the assignment.

Description of the mission

Support custom build solution in Google Workspace
Administration of a standard tool
Basic training of users
Manage the Project transition to enterprise tool
Coordination of transition
Application scripting for Google tools

Required profile

Vocational degree
First project Management experience
First development/scripting experience
Ability to engage in stakeholder management
Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, websites, project management
Fluency in English & German, other languages are a plus

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with document management tools within quality and regulatory functions
