Description of the mission
- Reinigung und Unterhalt der gemeinschaftlichen Innen- und Aussenanlagen
- Kontrolle und Wartung der technischen Einrichtungen (Heizung, Beleuchtung, Lift usw.)
- Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Koordination von externen Handwerkern und Dienstleistern
- Winterdienst (z. B. Schneeräumung, Salzen)
Required profile
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in handwerklich-technischer Richtung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Führerschein Kat. B
